So last night My Husband, aunt, grandmother and myself said we would go to eastenders to try this all you can eat buffet. Which was very brave for my grandmother to be fair, and well 6.99€ is not really a huge amount to pay if she did not want to eat the food. Eastenders are having this buffet till the 21st of septembers i believe. It is 6.99 or 4.50€ for children and allows you 2 hours of eating. it is taking place between 12 and 12 during these dates. this is to celebrate the fact Eastenders is in Waterford 11 years.
Well I have to say, We used to go to Eastenders allot when it opened first but for some unknown reason we stopped going. So this was the first time i had eaten there (other than ordering takeaway) in many years. I Loved it,the staff are friendly and helpful. they could not do enough for us. the spread was very impressive and included starters mains and desert. My grandmother did not end up liking the Indian food so they made her chips specially for her and kept making sure she had enough. i enjoyed being able to try a bit of everything there was not a single dish i could say that i did not enjoy. But of course i had a favorite there Korma was just so creamy and tasted of spices but not in an overpowering manner really good food.
I actually regret not having gone there more often in the last few years after the amazing treatment we got. When it came to pay much to my surprise they only charged us for 3 meals and grannys chips. which was not at all what we where looking for as I said 6.99€ to enjoy a meal with my granmother was very much so acceptable. But obviously for a customer care point of view this was a very nice gesture.I will be back that is a definate. My granny said they where the best chips she had ever had and that the man was very pleasant. both very high praises form a woman who knows what she likes. So if i where you guys I would apsolutly go down there and try avail of this offer. But to be honest I would just go down there anytime you fancied some indian.
